During the enquiry stage, we will collect via the website enquiry form, social media messages or our contract schedule form the following:

phone number (to confirm your enquiry has been received)

event date

event venue

During the consultation we will also take notes to help us remember conversations; basic information will be transferred into an Excel spreadsheet.


Most of the data we collect is solely for the purpose of providing you with a service and products you have ordered.


E-Mails, social media messages, wedding contracts (signed via a secure electronic signature software) and Excel documents are held within our password protected email system or social media accounts for 5 years.

Photographs are backed up to two different cloud storages and external hard drives. Your session will be uploaded to Pixieset, a secure online viewing gallery, where your session will be password protected.

Photographs taken throughout the session will be collected and stored for 5 years.


Where required we will use delivery and postage service providers to allow us to send you orders you have placed.

All enquiries that don’t evolve into a booking will be archived.


No data is stored electronically for marketing purposes.


Right to delete:

You have the right to ask us to delete any personal data.
